medhub-br Reddit app

medhub-br is a Reddit Developer Platform (Devvit) app run by MedicinaHub. Moderators install it on Brazilian health communities, where it publishes scheduled posts: a weekly agenda of open medical residency and public exam registrations and upcoming congresses, weekly ECG and X-ray quizzes, discussion threads, monthly community boards and a health news roundup. This page holds the app's terms of service and privacy policy.

Who runs it
The app is operated by MedicinaHub (CNPJ 64.661.660/0001-04), Brazil. Questions, complaints and removal requests go to contato@medicinahub.com.br.
What it does
- Posts only in communities whose moderators installed it, on a fixed weekly or monthly schedule per community.
- Never posts, comments, votes or messages on behalf of any user. Every post comes from the app account.
- Pins its own recurring post and unpins the previous edition of the same post. It never touches posts by other users.
- Gives moderators a menu item to publish pending posts right away.
Content
Post text is written by MedicinaHub from public sources: official residency and exam notices, congress calendars, public health news feeds (Agência Brasil, Jornal da USP, Agência Fiocruz) and openly licensed medical images credited in each quiz. Posts link to the full listings on medicinahub.com.br and to the MedicinaHub community on Discord. Dates and requirements change, so always confirm with the official notice before registering. Content follows Reddit's Content Policy and each community's rules.
Moderator control
Moderators can remove any post the app makes, and can stop the app at any time by uninstalling it, which cancels every scheduled post in that community. We review every report sent to the contact above.
Changes and availability
The app is provided as is. We may change the schedule or content and will update this page when the terms change. If the app has to stop, it simply stops posting.
Privacy policy
Data the app collects
None about Reddit users. The app does not read posts, comments, profiles, votes or messages, and it stores no usernames or user IDs.
Data the app stores
In the community's Devvit storage, per scheduled post: the time it last posted and the ID of the post it pinned, so the next edition covers only new items and replaces the old pin. Nothing else is stored.
Data sent outside Reddit
To build a post, the app requests the post text from medicinahub.com.br. The request contains only the post type (for example the residency agenda) and the time of the previous post. No Reddit user data is sent. Images in quizzes are uploaded to Reddit through Reddit's own media service.
Links in posts
Links to medicinahub.com.br carry campaign tags so we can count visits that came from Reddit as a whole. They identify no individual. Pages on medicinahub.com.br follow the site's privacy policy, and the Discord community follows Discord's policies.
Sharing, sale and retention
We do not sell or share data from the app, and we do not use Reddit content to train any model. Requests about this policy go to contato@medicinahub.com.br.
